Preparing Databases for Agentic AI

On April 6, 2026, the INSA Association organized a technological conference focused on digital infrastructure in the area of defense and national security.

Industry experts have clearly defined the steps required for the semantic structuring of government databases. Impeccable organization of information is the fundamental technical requirement for supporting future automated systems.

The proposed information architecture facilitates the operation of autonomous AI agents, software entities capable of independently planning and executing complex tasks. These agents require a perfectly indexed data environment to logically extract operational variables.

The cleansing and standardization of digital archives prevents errors of interpretation in the decision-making processes of artificial intelligence. An agentic algorithm dependent on raw data generates erroneous results in the critical security environment.

Participants stressed the need to impose strict interoperability protocols between state agencies. Decentralised database systems will be unified through a common ontology directly accessible to machine learning models.
